I started working with Jeff about 2 years ago and I can honestly say prior to joining up full time I was skeptical that I would see tangible results from this type of circuit training.  To my surprise within 2 months I was already starting to see results, losing fat around the mid section and gaining tone and mass in some of the major muscle group areas (biceps, shoulders, chest etc.)  His training regimen helped me to stick with the program because he was really adamant about changing up the routine so that we could work different muscle groups using a variety of exercises and also kept the work out interesting.  Jeff was very good at pushing me just the right amount so that I could eventually see real gains and an increased quality of healthiness while I worked with him.  All in all I was very impressed by his professionalism and his dedication to helping all the members of his class improve their health and fitness level.

Just wanted to tell you how incredibly helpful you have been to me over the past three years of weekly or bi-weekly training sessions. Since I am a young senior, I want to work as hard as I can to keep indendence for as long as I can through working on muscle building, flexibility, weight loss, and balance. You have been able to keep me motivated to attend every session and to work hard during them with a variety of exercises that seem to address every muscle group. I have taken this motivation home with me and try to keep up the exercises and cardio activities between the sessions. I think you would be successful with anyone at any age, because you are sensitive and knowledgeable to tailor the sessions to the client's needs and goals.  Working with you over the three years has confirmed my initial reactions that you are a man of integrity, discipline, and just plain old hard work. You have made the sessions very valuable for me by working on so many different machines, weights, and wall/ball exercises. You have been respectful, positive, and help make the time fly with your attitude. I appreciate what you have helped me to achieve and look forward to continuing our workouts.
